"According to a 2007 Forbes ranking of states environmental quality, Indiana ranked 49th.", said West Lafayette City Councilman Peter Bunder, D-District #2. "We're better than only West Virginia", he said. "It's important to get people thinking two or three generations ahead, rather than just focusing on an immediate payoff," Bunder said. "We're just very reluctant to do that," he said.
